2025 Montgomery County USKBTC Dinner Reservations

THE ANNUAL MEETING AND DINNER

            The dinner will be held at the Brookside Country Club in Macungie, PA on Thursday evening, October 2.  It is approximately 1.9 miles from the show site.   The evening will start at 6PM and include the annual meeting, member recognitions, a cash bar, the Chapter Club Baskets and Kerry memorabilia silent auctions.  The highlight of the evening will be the live auctioning of the 2025 Haymarket Futurity Print,   

RESERVATIONS ARE OPEN AND WILL CLOSE SEPTEMBER 28.  RESERVATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE ON THE WEBSITE.

HOW TO MAKE MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS for DIFFERENT ENTREES

If you and your guests want the same entre then no special steps are required....simply enter the number of guests excluding yourself.  If you and your guests wish different entree's you must enter a separate reservation for each entre.

If you wish a gluten free entre contact John Garahan. 

If you decide to pay with cash it must be received by September 28...we strongly recommend credit card payments.
