2024 Montgomery County USKBTC Dinner Reservations

THE ANNUAL MEETING AND DINNER

            The dinner will be held at the Brookside Country Club in Macungie, PA.  It is approximately 1.9 miles from the show site.   The festivities will start at 6PM and include a cash bar, the Chapter Club Baskets and Kerry memorabilia silent auctions.  The highlight of the evening will be the live auctioning of the 2024 Futurity Print created by Melanie Feldges.

RESERVATIONS ARE OPEN AND WILL CLOSE OCTOBER 3.  RESERVATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE ON THE WEBSITE.

HOW TO MAKE MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS+GLUTEN FREE

If you and your guests want the same entre then no special steps are required....simply enter the number of guests excluding yourself.  If you and your guests wish different entree's you must enter a separate reservation for each entre.

If you wish a gluten free entre you indicate that when providing your contact information.  Enter the number of gluten-free entree's in the box provided.

No day of show reservations will be accepted nor will any dinner payments. 

If you decide to pay with cash it must be received by September 30...we strongly recommend credit card payments.
