Re: 2009 Board of Governors Election Results

In accordance with Article IV, section (3) of the USKBTC Constitution & By-Laws, a Tabulating Committee consisting of three (3) USKBTC members in good standing with the Club, serving as election “Inspectors”, convened in Lexington, Kentucky on Saturday, August 8, 2009, to conclude the election process. The three “Inspectors” for the tabulating process, Eleanor & Steven Schultz and Carl Rainbolt Jr., verified and counted the ballots.

Procedure

Ballots were issued to 465 eligible voters.
230 of those ballots were received by the Corresponding Secretary of the USKBTC.
Of the 230 ballots received, 221 were certified as being valid, 8 were declared invalid since they were received after the August 1st deadline.
