Special thanks to Conni Adams for the information and help in finding her a home.

Hi – My name is Jeri. I am a six year old, very petite, sweet, gentle Kerry Blue Terrier.

I used to live with my dad who was retired and home with me all the time. When he died, his family decided that they didn’t want to keep me, so they called a rescue organization, and I came to live with Steve and Conni Adams for a while. I had a severe urinary tract infection, and it took three tries for the veterinarian to find the right antibiotic. I am finally recovered and everyone now knows that I am actually house trained. My foster family taught me that a crate is a safe place to rest, too.

I tried living with a very nice family, a mom and dad and four kids, three in high school or college and a nine year old girl. There were okay, but I pretty much ignored everybody except the dad so they decided to send me back. I was glad to come back to Steve and Conni’s house, even if I don’t get to spend much time with Steve. He’s great! Conni’s okay, but I really prefer him. I run outside with Zoey and visit with the other dogs thru the kitchen gate. I would play nice with them all but the older girls are a bit grouchy and the Airedale is overpowering, so I haven’t spent any time with them. The cat in this family is a curiosity to me, but I wouldn’t hurt her.

I would like a forever home where I can be devoted to a man. I will love him totally! If you know of such a home, please contact Conni Adams at 813-759-9377 or EMAIL

Please see some pictures of Jeri by going to Picture Gallery on the website and looking at our Kerries in Rescue Album.
