Male Kerry in Rescue Found a Home

UPDATE: Murphy has been placed!

We have a 3 year old male Kerry in Rescue who is ready for a forever home. HOME FOUND!!! "Murphy" is neutered, healthy, and current on shots. His foster home describes him as a typical male Kerry and a real sweetheart, who gets along with most of the dogs he has met in her home and grooming business. His previous owner had young children and another male terrier which he reportedly got along with well.

Like any dog, Murphy would do best with a family that is prepared to cement the relationship by taking him to training classes. If you are thinking of opening your heart and home to a rescue, now's the time--dogs like this don't come along every day! I will be happy to share the contact information for Murphy's foster home privately with anybody who is interested.

If you are interested in adopting Murphy or another rescue dog, you can download a rescue application from our website at RESCUE APPLICATION. There is no charge to submit it!

Since Murphy is being fostered in NY, we will give primary consideration to prospective adopters in New England and the Mid Atlantic states. However, we get Kerries in need of new homes on a regular basis, and not just in the northeast, so don't let that stop you from applying to adopt a dog!
