Update!
JOSH has found a home. Please read the update below.
Hi all,
Just wanted everyone to know that Josh, the rescue dog, found a home in
the St. Louis area.
Josh's new owner works from home and takes long walks in the morning.
He is settling in to his new routine.

Josh Is Looking For A Home . . and he found one.
Josh is a 4-6 year old male Kerry who was rescued from a Missouri animal shelter earlier this year. He is small for a Kerry, just 17 1/2 inches tall at the shoulder, and very sweet-natured. His foster home reports that he gets along well with cats and other dogs, and responds to basic obedience commands. Josh is a little on the timid side with men, (more likely the result of a lack of early socialization rather than abuse), and like many rescue dogs suffers from mild separation anxiety and barks when initially confined. He would probably do best in an adult-only home or in a family with older, well-behaved children.
Josh is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, has had his teeth recently cleaned, and is microchipped. If you are interested in adopting Josh, please e-mail Gigi Reiling of the Kerry Blue Terrier Club of St. Louis at greiling@sbcglobal.net or call her at 314-422-3162 (c), 636-938-9947 (h) for more information.
Adopters are required to sign an adoption contract, and we request a rescue donation to help cover vet bills and other expenses. Primary consideration will be given to prospective adopters within the midwest and central US regions, (driving distance to St. Louis).
