Microchip or Tattoo

The USKBTC Board OF Directors passed a resolution recommending that all breeders, who are members, have their puppies EITHER microchipped and /or tattooed prior to any of them being sold.

This action was taken at the October 4, 2006 USKBTC Board meeting in Trevose Pa. This vote is consistent with the AKC'S position and supportive of it's CAR (Companion Animal Recovery) non-profit entity. The USKBTC sponsors microchip clinics at many of our events and encourages all members to take advantage of this service.
