Rally Exhibitors: Please read the AKC Rally Regulations, effective January 1, 2005. The Rally “A” classes are for dogs that have not won a Rally title at that level or any AKC Obedience title. In Rally Novice A, the handler may not have previously handled any dog that has earned an AKC Rally title or any AKC Obedience title.
